Colorado Social Security Disability Benefits Law: 24 month waiting period for Medicare

    Just a quick update: there are bills pending in both the House (HR 1708) and Senate (S. 700) to phase out the 24 month waiting period over 10 years for individuals with life threatening conditions.

    This is not exactly the fastest of proposals, nor the most generous (phasing out over 10 years!), but it is something.
