I have received charges for as much as $20.00 for approximately 4-5 pieces of paper.  And these 4-5 pieces of paper are not necessarily the medical documentation, it could be copies of your cover sheet, copies of the request for medical records along with your medical release that you sent to them.  It has just gotten out of control.  Copying of medical records has become a profitable business to the detriment of the person who needs them.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Lisa</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 19 Feb 2010 22:03:39 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
